Join the WUR Career Day

The Career Day exists of a career fair, and optional, 1-on-1 orientation interviews with students.

All participating organisations will have a booth at the career fair, complete with tables, Wi-Fi, and electricity. You can choose between a small or regular booth; the regular booth offers additional space and allows for more representatives from your organisation to attend.

For NGO's, NPO's and startups a 50% reduced fee applies.

You may also choose to conduct 1-on-1 orientation interviews with students (for free). Students can apply for an interview with your organisation via the WUR Career Platform (JobTeaser). We will reserve a private room for you to use throughout the day. If you are interested in this option, you can indicate this on the registration form.

Please note that Student Career Services does not handle the review or acceptance/rejection of applicants; this process will be managed by your team.

Wageningen University & Research has an international focus, with many international students and PhD candidates who do not speak Dutch. In order to be of service to all our students and recent graduates, the working language during the Career Days is English.

• Wageningen University & Research reserves the right to change program content, date and venue, due to unforeseen circumstances.
• After receiving the invoice, payment is required within 30 days.
• Cancellations need to be communicated to Student Career Services in a written format. Cancellations made before 15 October 2025, with minimum of 4-weeks’ notice, will incur a 50% charge of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event will result in a 100% charge of the registration fee.
• The information on our website about your organisation and your program during the event, is your own responsibility.
• Views expressed by speakers and facilitators are not necessarily those of Wageningen University & Research.
• Wageningen University & Research will endeavour to give you the opportunity to promote your company in a successful manner and to meet talented professionals in your branch.
• Wageningen University & Research may record and/or photograph your organisation for promotion purposes of this event, e.g. on our website or social media channels.

The aim of the WUR Career Day is to provide a platform for employers and students to meet each other. With regard to the Career Day, we do not offer any services to recruitment agencies.
