Study expenses bachelor's

Wageningen University has to apply for the residence permit type study for every prospective Non-EU and Non-EFTA student.  

Therefore every admitted prospective Non-EU and Non-EFTA student will receive an invoice with the first year tuition fees, 12,5 months living allowance, Health & Liability insurance and the cost of the residence permit.  

The deadline for the full invoice amount to be on the WU bank account is July 1 prior to the start of the enrolment per September.

Explanation of study costs

Note: Students without a European IBAN bank account have to open a Dutch bank account. As this may take a few weeks, these students are advised to bring a credit card or cash, 500 to 700 euros,  for expenses in the first month.
