I am a veterinarian quantitative Epidemiologist. My work aims to understand the complexity of pathogens transmission in particular at the population level for then simulate it.  Nowadays all this is relevant for preventing or controlling them.   

For that, I use evidence synthesis, AI and different sensors, risk assessment and data-driven statistical and mathematical modelling approaches to support policy and decision-making. Also, I am very interested in developing international collaboration in these areas.
