Youri Dijkxhoorn is an experienced value chain and food system researcher and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the RSM Erasmus University. He has 10+ years of experience in leading international research projects throughout Africa and Asia and he engages with policymakers and the private sector on food system transformation. He acquired field experience on these continents through value chain analyses, market studies, food system assessments, and participatory research experiments with farmers, (informal) midstream companies and consumers. His area of focus is the horticulture and coffee sector.
