MBA K (Katty) Sanchez Amiquero, MBA

Katty is a PhD candidate at the Agricultural Economics and Rural Policy Group (AEP) at Wageningen University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Peru) and an MBA in European Food and Agribusiness (United Kingdom) with the support of a Nuffic scholarship. Before pursuing her MBA, she worked as General Manager of a small Peruvian export company specializing in organic food products and later as a Lecturer in Agribusiness at Universidad del Pacífico. From 2021 to 2024, she was a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Tilburg University. She has also worked as a consultant on international projects funded by the USDA. Her research interests focus on the organization, governance, and marketing of agricultural and food value chains.
