prof.dr. AAM (Bert) Holtslag

Overall, I have a broad interest in Meteorology and Earth Sciences. As such I have advised and worked with many researchers, and PhD and MSc students on a variety of subjects related to the atmospheric boundary layer, the further understanding of the complex atmosphere-land interactions, and application of these insights to weather, climate, wind energy, urbanization and dispersion of trace gases and pollutants.  As emeritus I am still involved in research, advising  and membership of panels and chairing of PhD committees at Wageningen University.
