Biography

Gitundu is currently undertaking her PhD with the public administration and policy (PAP) group at Wageningen University. Her work focuses on governing SDG synergies and trade-offs through public-private as well as donor-recipient alignement mechanisms within dairy systems. She has more than 5 years working experience in gender research for agricultural development. She has worked with the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi Arid Tropics  (ICRISAT), the international livestock Research Institute (ILRI), the Alliance of Bioversity International and the International Center for Tropical Agriculture. Gitundu obtained her Masters in Development Anthropology from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
