Biography
Sarah Kunze is a PhD researcher at the Philosophy Group. She is continuing her research on the role of paradoxes in food system transformations, more specifically milk in the protein transition. To explore this she explores the intersections of technology, non-human animals, humans and environment. The case of Cellular Agriculture provides the case for her further research on Degrowth and Sustainability Transformations. Besides and in academia, she is a social, animal and environmental activist. In her PhD she works with Bernice Bovenkerk, Zoë Robaey & Clemens Driessen.
