SP (Sietse) van der Woude, MSc

Sietse is a PhD candidate at the Laboratory of Geo-Information Science & Remote Sensing (GRS) and the Forest Ecology and Forest Management (FEM) groups. His MSc. in Geoinformation Science was obtained in 2021 at Wageningen University. 

The main focus of his PhD research is the detection of anthropogenic and natural forest disturbance in Europe by integrating radar- and optical-based satellite data with ground-based data streams.
