Biography
Weitong Long is a Ph.D. researcher in the Environmental Economics and Natural Resources (ENR) at Wageningen University & Research. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Resources and Environment from Hunan Agricultural University and a Master's degree in Plant Nutrition from China Agricultural University.
Current research: Under the supervision of dr. ir. Xueqin Zhu, dr. ir. Hans-Peter Weikard, and prof. dr. ir. Oene Oenema, her Ph.D. research is to assess the impacts of adjustments in the food system at the macro level (i.e. regional, national and global levels) using the integrated environmental-economic modelling model.
