What can you do at Unifarm?
Unifarm is the central research centre for plant sciences at Wageningen University & Research. The facility includes high-tech greenhouses, climate-controlled rooms, insect greenhouses, tunnel greenhouses and mushroom growth rooms. In addition, 220 hectares of trial fields – including SKAL-certified plots – are available for field research.
At Unifarm, you can conduct a wide range of experiments, from disease resistance tests and trials with new varieties and cultivation systems to phenotyping, both in greenhouses and in the field. Our experts provide support with cultivation, measurements, sample processing and data reporting. With our NWO-recognised scientific infrastructure and ISO-certified procedures, you are assured of reliable and high-quality trial implementation.
